Cancellation Policy
Urban Salon requires a 24 hour notice before an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled.
If 24 hours notice is not given and another client cannot fill your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, regardless of your reason for cancelling or rescheduling. This charge (half the cost of your scheduled service) may be required in advance to hold your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. Because late arrivals also leave our stylists with time that cannot be filled, the same 50% charge will apply for these cases.
Iclement Weather
In the case of Inclement Weather, these policies will not be enforced. Just let us know as soon as possible if you will not be able to make your appointment.
